After having tried out various types of yoga, I attended my first Kundalini Yoga class in 2012 and felt immediately that I had found my home. The depth of relaxation i felt after the exercises we practiced in class went beyond the usual relaxation I felt after exercise.
For me, Kundalini Yoga ticks every box – it combines the therapeutic power of meditation and chanting whilst also providing as rigorous a physical workout as I want or need. I have found it to be the most accessible and powerful yoga.

I charge £50 for a 90 minute one-to-one session or £140.00 for 3 one-to-one sessions. These sessions are tailored to your specific needs.
Kundalini Yoga, known by some as the yoga of awareness, is suitable for everyone regardless of age or physical ability. It is not about how bendy you are at all. It’s yoga for the times that we live in today.
Practicing Kundalini Yoga will build your strength and confidence by harnessing the immense energy of your mind and emotions through exercise, mantra and meditation.
A typical class begins with a kriya (set of exercises for a specific purpose) followed by relaxation and then meditation.
